Charlotte Sports Center has teamed with Pro Speed to offer sports performance training for athletes of all ages and abilities.
Customized sessions and camps are offered year-round and are training sessions
are designed to
focus on the following components of athletic development: 1st step
quickness, straight-ahead speed, lateral speed and agility, balance,
functional strength/power and work capacity.
Sports Performance sessions have a limited number of spaces available
to ensure a highly coachable environment. Numerous players have
benefited from our programs including players from the: NBA,
NFL, MLB, Olympic Teams, NCAA Division 1 programs, High School &
Middle School sports and more.

1 day camp offered
for Coed Ages 6 to 18. |
| Description: |
Perform to your
potential! Certified performance coaches will challenge young athletes
of all sports in this 1 day camp. Focus will be on increasing speed,
agility, power, explosion, multi-directional movement, balance,
coordination, and confidence. |
| Camp Fee: |
$40 per
participant. Register and pay before Sep. 10 and receive a $5 discount.
