group fitness classes, cardio equipment, free weights, circuit training
equipment, Hammer Strength, Nautilus and Cybex equipment. This Northlake
location offers spectacular views of a variety of sports as the club is situated
in the middle of the Charlotte Sports Center facility and overlooks an indoor
soccer and flag football field, a basketball court, volleyball courts and an
inline hockey rink.
